Well, as the last administrator, ~kot86, said in Galifrey’s last Journal, he has now stepped down and handed the leadership over to me. I must thank him for this wonderful opportunity, and for making Galifrey what it is.

May I now introduce myself as ~Doobly, I will be bringing in a few minor changes to Galifrey, not many, mind you, it will be the same club you all love, but hopefully to make the administrative work for such a large club more manageable and therefore, all your submissions will get through quicker!

So, anyway, there’s the farewell and introductions, now for the techie stuff:

JOINING/BECOMING A MEMBER OF GALIFREY:

To become a member of Galifrey, please watch the club and we will watch you back. You will then be added to our Members list, viola, a Time Lord is born.

SUBMITTING ART/STORIES TO GALIFREY:

To submit your artwork and/or stories to Galifrey, please send us a Note with a link to your art on dA, I’m afraid .PNG files will not work. You have to be a member of Galifrey to submit art/lit.

CHANGES:

Right, as I said, under a new Administrator, there are going to be a some minor changes. When a piece of art or a story is submitted to Galifrey, we will ask for your pages to receive all feedback, therefore all comments and favourites will go directly to you. Nice?

Right, here's the big one:
A while ago a submission was deleted for this reason:~
"Your submissions may not contain material or images which were not created entirely through your own effort; this means that you cannot simply collect photographs, artworks and other images, writings or scans from printed books/magazines and submit them to your account. You are not allowed to submit “reworked”, “edited” or otherwise “modified” material which you obtained from other sources."
Therefore we cannot allow "photomontage" material onto Galifrey, please do not take this as a bummer, this is to prevent the club from getting banned!!
